Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This page is maintained by ToolVerse to answer common privacy questions about our service. It is written in plain language and is not a substitute for legal advice.
What we collect
Most ToolVerse tools run entirely in your browser and require no account. When you use those tools, your files and inputs never leave your device.
For tools that require server processing (clearly labeled), files are transmitted over HTTPS, processed, and deleted automatically within one hour.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views, popular tools). We do not sell your data.
Advertising (Adsterra)
ToolVerse is free to use, and we display ads served by Adsterra and its advertising partners to support the service. When ads are enabled, Adsterra and its partners may set cookies or similar identifiers and process data such as your IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, referring page and interactions with ads. This data may be used for ad delivery, ad personalization, frequency capping, fraud prevention and measurement.
The Adsterra ad script only loads after you click Accept all in our cookie banner. If you choose Reject, the ad script is not loaded and no advertising cookies are set by us. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which will make the banner reappear.
For details on how Adsterra processes data, see the Adsterra Privacy Policy.
Blog (Blogger / Google)
Our blog is hosted on Blogger, a service provided by Google. When you visit blog pages, Google may set cookies and process data such as your IP address, device and browser information, approximate location and interactions with the page for purposes including content delivery, security, analytics (e.g. Google Analytics / Blogger stats) and, where applicable, personalized advertising through Google's advertising services. Google acts as an independent data controller for this processing.
You can manage Google's use of your data via your Google Ad Center and review Google's practices in the Google Privacy Policy and Google Cookies information. If our blog is served on a subdomain (for example blog.thetoolverse.com), the ToolVerse consent banner may not appear on those pages; Google's own consent mechanisms apply there where required by law.
Local storage
Your saved favorites and your cookie/ad consent choice are stored in your browser's local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data will remove them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including the EU, UK, US and Canada), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent to advertising cookies at any time. Contact us at any time to exercise those rights.
